Account Manager

Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships. Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on time, while helping customers understand changes in the market, products, and services. Present updates and progress reports to both clients and internal teams, acting as a key liaison to ensure clear communication, alignment, and successful outcomes.

Project Manager

Lead project planning and oversee the team responsible for delivering successful outcomes. Coordinate all aspects of the project lifecycle — from initial concept through to completion — ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Manage project progress, delegate tasks effectively, and lead planning meetings to maintain alignment across all stakeholders.
